Our Activities
Mother Trade Automation specializes in providing comprehensive electrical solutions across four main areas:
- Electrical Installation & Maintenance – Complete electrical work for factories and buildings, including wiring, machine installations, and troubleshooting.
- Switchgear, Panel Board & Equipment Supply – Supply of panel boards (PFI, Star Delta, DOL, etc.) with customized wiring and warranty.
- Electrical Design Consultancy – Certified engineers provide design solutions, electrical drawings, BOQs, and consultancy services for new and existing projects in compliance with industry standards.
- Industrial Training – Professional training and internships for individuals and engineers through the Mother Trade Training Center, developing skilled manpower for local and international employment.

Mother
Trade Automation, as a constituent institution, received approval in 2012 from
the Bangladesh Technical Education Board under the name "Mother Trade
Training Center," with institution code 53136. This institution offers
short courses as designated by the Bangladesh Technical Education Board and
provides government-certified certificates upon completion.
Through
Mother Trade Automation, all types of governmental and private electrical work
are conducted continuously. To manage field-level work proficiently, Mother
Trade Automation maintains a modern-standard lab in Gazipur, complete with a
three-phase power line. Here, training for all personnel is conducted using a
dedicated book titled "Electrical Maintenance and Viva Guide,"
alongside our proprietary training course modules.
Our
training courses are categorized separately for engineers and non-engineers. A
distinct syllabus has been developed for engineers, covering the necessary
theory and practical skills for maintenance, troubleshooting, and
entrepreneurship. The practical training modules are the same for all
participants.
In
Bangladesh, there is a lack of comprehensive opportunities or a standardized
syllabus for learning field-level work within ongoing companies/factories. A
training course module tailored to industry demands is crucial for a complete
training program. Mother Trade Automation Company has designed a comprehensive
theory and practical training course based on its own analysis of the technical
operations of various companies.
Students
with backgrounds in BSc in EEE, and Diploma in Electrical, Electronics,
Electromedical, Instrumentation & Process Control, Mechanical,
Mechatronics, and Computer Technology can enhance their skills through industrial
attachments or professional training here.
Furthermore,
engineers and technicians currently working in factories, who wish to increase
their proficiency, can visit our lab. By completing professional courses, they
can establish themselves as skilled professionals within their companies. This
will contribute to an individual's reputation, skill enhancement, salary
increment, and promotion.
Those
who wish to work abroad after gaining expertise through our courses can become
fully proficient by working on our own sites and practicing in our lab. This
